Yongguang Technology’s bonded zone branch has put multiple automated production lines into operation, expanding its surface treatment processing capacity.

Dalian Yongguang Technology Bonded Zone Branch is steadily advancing the construction of its production line layout. At present, six production lines—namely, the electrophoretic coating automatic line, the acidic zinc-nickel alloy automatic line, the painting line, the phosphating line, the acid pickling and passivation line, and the hanging tin-plating automatic line—have been put into actual production.
An additional 19 production lines have completed the application and approval process and will be constructed and commissioned in phases according to the planned schedule. Leveraging these new automated lines, the company can undertake a wide range of surface‑treatment services, including electrophoretic coating, alloy electroplating, acid pickling and passivation, and rack‑type tin plating, thereby supporting the expansion of its processing and delivery capacity for the automotive, rail‑transit, aerospace, and marine industries. At its headquarters, 13 surface‑treatment production lines are currently operating steadily, while the headquarters and the bonded‑zone branch complement each other’s capacities, providing reliable surface‑treatment processing support to more than 300 partner companies.
