Dalian Yongguang Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2001 and is a Surface Treatment enterprise located at No. 5 Yichun Road, Jinpu New Area, Dalian. In 2021, through the acquisition of Dao (Dalian) Automotive Products Co., Ltd., it set up the Bonded Zone Branch of Dalian Yongguang Technology Co., Ltd., situated at No. 3-3 Kaigang Road, Dalian Bonded Zone, engaging in Surface Treatment and the manufacturing of specialized specialized environmental-protection equipment.

It is a council member (director-level member) of the China Surface Engineering Association and an advanced enterprise in clean production. It is also a national-level high-tech enterprise, a national-level green factory, a Specialized and Innovative (SRDI) enterprise, an demonstration enterprise for advanced service-oriented manufacturing, and a gazelle enterprise.
The main surface treatments include: electrophoretic coating, Jiumite (zinc-aluminum flake coating), aluminum anodizing, and aluminum conversion coating; electroless nickel/tin/copper plating; electroplated zinc–nickel alloy, electroplated zinc–iron alloy, electroplated zinc–tin alloy, as well as zinc plating, tin plating, copper plating, nickel plating, decorative chrome plating, silver plating, gold plating, and other alloy electroplatings; phosphating, Teflon coating, and acid pickling and passivation for copper and iron parts, among others.
The coating and plating methods include: rack plating, barrel plating, vibratory plating, dip coating, spray coating, and continuous coating (plating) or Electrophoretic Coating (E-Coat).
The company provides supporting services to more than 10 industries—including automotive, high-speed rail, aerospace, marine, and medical—and to over 300 enterprises, among which more than 20 are Fortune Global 500 companies, either directly or indirectly. It has established long-term partnerships with numerous multinational corporations and leading domestic enterprises. The company has successfully passed the audits and certifications of major automakers such as Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, BMW, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Volvo, Mazda, Chery, and Li Auto, and has maintained stable, ongoing supply relationships with these manufacturers. Additionally, it has been audited and certified by the China Academy of Railway Sciences and has become a long-term partner of China Railway Signal & Communication (Xi’an) Rail Transit Group.
Yongguang Technology has 13 surface‑treatment production lines in operation, while the bonded‑zone branch has put 6 relatively advanced production lines into service: an electrophoretic coating automatic line, acid zinc-nickel alloy automatic line, a coating line, a phosphating line, an acid‑pickling and passivation line, and an automatic hanging‑tin coating line. In addition, the bonded‑zone branch has completed applications for 19 more production lines, which will be gradually constructed according to schedule.
We are currently implementing a digital transformation platform integrating ERP, MES, OA, and WMS. We are comprehensively streamlining internal information management, data applications, and business processes to achieve timely and accurate visualized management of data across finance, production, human resources, operations, and performance analysis. This will fully realize the company’s digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading, further enhancing our capabilities in corporate decision-making, management, operational control, and business performance, thereby driving high-quality development for Dalian Yongguang.
